Roasted vegetables
I love roasted vegetables. We've been having quite a few of them recently. Potatoes, artichokes, shallots and garlic, roasted in pheasant fat. Wonderful!
Roasted Artichokes are yummy. I have a lot on my veg plot. Grow all weathers leave some in same site all time never any problems, why are they not more popular.............. WIND!!!
