Marrow stuffed with ricotta
This was dinner over the weekend. We did a swap to get some marrows from a neighbouring allotment and stuffed one with a mix of ricotta, onion, herbs and breadcrumbs. It made a small dent in our otherwise still very large ricotta mountain.
