Those look so pretty and I love lemon. Great idea. We save our lemon rinds too, or actually I chop and feed them to the goats. Never thought of freezing them though - great idea. Now that cooler weather is here, I definitely need to clear out my freezer for jam, jelly, and pizza sauce making.
