Toad in the hole with cauliflower cheese
The title of this post speaks for itself. Making the batter helped use up some of our milk supply - Pinkie is now producing nearly 4 litres a day, nearly double what she gave us last year, though she had then just come through a major operation (a caesarian). Cauliflower cheese also used up milk. And using up the sausages gave us a small bit of extra space in one of our freezers which we need desperately.
