We are heading for a bumper crop of rhubarb this year. It has become something of a tradition in our household now to make rhubarb and ginger jam every May and June. This year will be no different. I'll also make some rhubarb chutney and of course, pies and crumbles.

hello!
how do you make those crumbles? is it possible to writr relevant post?
one hint: in sprintime it's very easy and useful to prepare a drink from young spruce needles- just take those young soft light-green ends of the branches of ordinary spruce (picea abies, take a look http://bio.edu.ee/taimed/okaspuu/kuusk.htm
put them into the water to bigger jar and drink. you may add some lemon, if you wish. one method is to cover these needles with a quite a hot water, let it stay there for 5 minutes, then add to cold water and drink.
Yes, watch this space. We are picking a large crop of rhubarb this weekend and will be making some videos on cooking with rhubarb. Making a crumble will be one of them. Watch this space!
