Swarm update
We didn't get to do the hive inspection this evening we had planned. The weather turned against us. We have, however, successfully captured the swarm that appeared this afternoon. It is now housed in a new hive at Apiary 2. They were quite feisty and we each got stung a couple of times. The swarm was bigger than I first thought. Nevertheless, it brings out total of hives to 8, and increase of 6 on the month.
