Redcurrant vodka
The first of the redcurrants have been put to use - to make redcurrant vodka. The 400g of redcurrants and 200g of sugar in 70cl of cheap supermarket own brand vodka will be strained and bottled in about 3 months.

I love fruit flavoured vodkas, so much nicer than Gin. Three months will be perfect for Christmas parties.
