How to make veggie pasties
I made some veggie pasties recently - for the filling I used broad and runner beans, potatoes, onions, peas and some of my homemade plum and blackcurrant ketchup. Shortcrust pastry and glazed with egg. 35 minutes in the oven at 180C.
