Sipping on the homemade champagne

A bit of a relaxing evening tonight. We have cracked open a bottle of our homemade elderflower champagne (2011 vintage) to celebrate Pinkie's on-going recovery. We still have over 30 bottles to consume before we make this year's champagne next month.

Good idea, I will crack open a bottle of bubbly and celebrate along with you. I was praying for her, imagine that, and am very very happy that it has turned out well.

I have made this about a week ago. Is it normal that some residu forms at the bottom of the bottle?
