We've moved the runner beans and tomato seedlings from the greenhouse and have now transplanted them into the allotment at Marley Hill. Last year our runner beans were a bit of a disaster. We planted the beans straight into the ground rather than getting them to germinate before planting out. We are not repeating the same mistake this year.
The outdoor tomatoes we germinated in the greenhouse were also transplanted at the same time.
